This was our first time staying at a B and B. And I was not disappointed. We were in town for a family wedding with our adult kids and everyone had their own space plus room to get together and play games and relax. The place was clean; organized and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We "highly" recommend staying here if you are in town. Grayson was very responsive and helpful when we had a question and communication was outstanding. Again, "highly" recommend.

This place was wonderful for our stay in Alpharetta. It was our first time there for our sons baseball tournament and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The neighborhood was fantastic and the walkability to town center and shops/restaurants was exactly what we wanted. The house had all the modern amenities we needed without being cluttered. Beds & furniture were comfortable. Backyard is huge. Grayson was the best host, extremely communicative & responsive to all our questions & needs. Highly recommend this area of town and this house specifically.

House was very well stocked throughout; kitchen, bathrooms, and even exterior areas. The outside grill was very clean and fired up automatically and instantly. Host was very responsive, always ensuring we were comfortable and had anything we needed. The house was very spacious and had plenty of tables to play board games or just relax. Had a big backyard with lighted sitting area with a firepit. We highly recommend!

A couple of friends and I stayed at Grayson’s place during a visit to Alpharetta for a wedding and the home was so wonderful. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Grayson is a communicative host and while we never had any issues, I’m sure he would have been quick to respond. The listing had such hospitable touches including a little basket with electrolytes and snacks and a book with local recommendations in the living room. Unlike some other stays, the house felt sturdy and comfortable. It is close to the shops at Avalon and very walkable. The only thing I would keep in mind is the number of bathrooms if you are traveling with more than 4. Thank you for an incredible stay, Grayson!

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our weekend in the area for a wedding. Great location. Instructions and recommendations from Grayson were spot on. The proximity to downtown could not have been better.
The house was so well stocked with everything we needed. It was really nice not to have to run out to get the basics, as they were all provided and more. Definitely would recommend this place highly.

We loved staying at this airbnb! So homey and cozy. Had everything we needed and extras. Clean and all the furnishings were really great quality. Loved the backyard! Hosts were so hospitable and responsive. Definitely would come here again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was modern, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for us. Our host Gary was professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the healthy snacks and sparkling water left for us—such a lovely touch. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard, and the location was perfect—picturesque street, close to everything Alpharetta has to offer. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

I try to stay here every time I am in Alpharetta - feels like home for less than the price of a nice hotel!! Grayson is amazing to work with and very accommodating.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen and baths were well-stocked.
If we come back to Alpharetta we will attempt to stay here again.
