We had a phenomenal stay at Grayson’s place. The house was spotless, truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in, and beautifully maintained. Everything was thoughtfully stocked, which made our trip so much smoother and more comfortable. Grayson was kind, responsive, and an excellent host. We would love to stay here again and can’t recommend this home enough.

Grayson is simply a wonderful host, communicative and friendly. The space was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed. We travelled with our 4 month old and I cannot say enough about how clean and spotless the entire house was so we felt very comfortable from the very start. The house was walking distance to my grandmother's (who we were visiting) so that was a cherry on top for us :) We highly recommend this location and we are looking forward to booking it again for future stays!

This was our first time staying at a B and B. And I was not disappointed. We were in town for a family wedding with our adult kids and everyone had their own space plus room to get together and play games and relax. The place was clean; organized and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We "highly" recommend staying here if you are in town. Grayson was very responsive and helpful when we had a question and communication was outstanding. Again, "highly" recommend.

This place was wonderful for our stay in Alpharetta. It was our first time there for our sons baseball tournament and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The neighborhood was fantastic and the walkability to town center and shops/restaurants was exactly what we wanted. The house had all the modern amenities we needed without being cluttered. Beds & furniture were comfortable. Backyard is huge. Grayson was the best host, extremely communicative & responsive to all our questions & needs. Highly recommend this area of town and this house specifically.

House was very well stocked throughout; kitchen, bathrooms, and even exterior areas. The outside grill was very clean and fired up automatically and instantly. Host was very responsive, always ensuring we were comfortable and had anything we needed. The house was very spacious and had plenty of tables to play board games or just relax. Had a big backyard with lighted sitting area with a firepit. We highly recommend!
