Such a comfortable and convenient place to stay! It has everything you need and more, and the location is seriously perfect. Grayson was a fantastic host and was extremely responsive. The weather wasn’t good when we were there, which was a bummer because the backyard is awesome! Highly highly recommend Grayson’s place if it’s available for your dates!

My stay at Grayson’s place in Alpharetta was excellent. The home was spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up, which made it easy to relax and feel at home right away. Grayson was kind, responsive, and clearly puts a lot of care into making sure his guests have a great experience. Everything about the stay felt effortless and genuine. I left feeling rested and grateful for such a comfortable, welcoming space. I would absolutely stay here again.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i Graysons smukke hus i Alpharetta. Fuldt udrustet med alt, og rent og pænt. Alt var i fantastisk god stand og huset lækkert indrettet. Området virkede roligt og sikket og med gode indkøbsmuligheder, cafeer og restauranter tæt på. Også let at komme ind til Atlanta. Grayson var en opmærksom og hjælpsom vært. I særklasse og maksimal anbefaling herfra.

Grayson is a phenomenal host! The home looks just like the photos, in a great neighborhood and close to restaurants/shops. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, updated and had higher end finishes. Much nicer than other airbnbs I have stayed in. Thank you Grayson!

The home lived up to its online description. We were in town to see family, so loved the walkability of the location - to simply take a peaceful walk, to walk to town/restaurants, as well as to walk to the local school/fields for a fun family softball game : ). Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The entire house was clean - and that matters a lot, as not every "rental" is attentive to real cleanliness. It seems to be a tiny bot of a work in progress, as it was somewhat apparent that they are continuing to complete/enhance some aspects. Our family was very happy with the accommodation and Grayson's communication, and would gladly stay again! *one note: the kitchen needs more flatware & plates, otherwise DW needs to be run after 1 meal. I suspect that is probably in the works : )

We loved this house. It was in a great location- very close to downtown Alpharetta. The house looks just like the pictures . Everything was very clean and looked to be recently renovated. Lots of thoughtful amenities. Grayson was a very proactive and responsive host. We would definitely go back. 5 stars!!
